FAQ & salon etiquette
Promptness
Please check in approximately 5-10 minutes before your appointment to prepare for your treatment. If you are a first-time massage guest or if you are having a facial/body treatment you will have a form to fill out. Late arrival will deprive you of minutes towards your spa experience as your service must still end on time to ensure our next guest is not delayed.
Reservations
Reservations are recommended in advance and for any service over $100.00 require a deposit to hold the appointment.
Appointments
All services you reserved are booked for you with respect for other guests and employees. All Cancellations and or changes require a 24-hour notice. Please be sure to cancel in advance as there are people on waiting lists. CutLoose Salon and Spa holds the right to bill $30.00 in missed appointment fees.
Gratitude
For Service Excellence, gratuities are graciously accepted. Gift Cards do not include gratuities.
Sanitation
At CutLoose, we are dedicated to ensuring a clean environment for each service. Not only by using a new brush per bottle of nail polish for every pedicure, but also by sterilizing all of our implements in a medical grade autoclave between every guest as well as other numerous sanitary procedures. This way we can guarantee the highest level of cleanliness so you can relax, knowing you have the most protection possible.
